About
I was born and raised in Athens, Greece. I graduated High School in 2016 and started my studies in History and Archeology. That was a challenging period because I realized that’s not what I wanted to do with my life. Despite the lack of support from my family, I decided to switch directions and pursue an education in psychology. So, in 2018, I moved to the Netherlands, where I started my psychology journey.
Now, in 2025, I am a licenced psychologist, with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and an ongoing training in Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (specialised in Bipolar Disorder). I have also worked with Pet-Assisted Therapy, Autism and have received a fair share of therapy myself.
My approach

While my formal training is rooted in CBT, I aspire to a more synthetic approach—one that integrates insights and techniques from multiple therapeutic modalities to meet the unique needs of each client.
I might incorporate techniques from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy to help clients challenge unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, while also drawing on humanistic approaches encouraging a warm, non-judgmental relationship with yourself. At times, I use psychodynamic insights to explore how past experiences shape present patterns, or integrate existential principles to explore bigger questions about meaning, purpose, and the choices we make, helping us live in line with our values.
By blending these approaches, I create a space that honors your individual experience, helping you grow, heal, and find a sense of fulfillment.
